Mindfulness Resources

Mindfulness is often described as simply becoming more aware of the present moment. There are many benefits to be derived from establishing a daily mindfulness practice. Studies have shown that mindfulness:

  • Decreases Ageing
  • Decreases emotional exhaustion
  • Increases immunity
  • Improves working memory and executive functioning
